How do I listen on Apple Podcasts/Spotify/my usual podcast app?
When you buy your subscription, you'll be shown several options for podcast app that you can use. Simply click the one you'd like to listen through and your device will take you to the show's paid-for page in that app.

What if the app I want to listen to isn't listed?
You can also get a direct link to the show that is personal to you. If you copy that, you can add it to your subscriptions in whichever podcast app you use to be able to listen to the show there.

I've paid monthly, but want to switch to yearly. How do I do that?
Just click on 'Change Plan' on your subscriptions in your account. You'll be switched to the new plan immediately and charged a prorated amount.

I need to update my card details in my account. Where do I do that?
That can be done from your account. Update your card details and click on 'Update My Credit Card'.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by going to your subscriptions on your account page.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift for someone else?
You can gift a monthly subscription and you can gift a yearly subscription to someone else. When you do, you'll be asked for the person's name and email address - plus your payment details and a delivery date. Whoever you're buying the gift for will receive an email with a link to activate their subscription. When their subscription ends, they will need to add a payment method for the next renewal if they would like to continue listening.
