Which podcast players can I listen to the show on?
The podcast works on all major podcast players, including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and Google Podcasts. Simply click on the platform you would like to use after subscribing and your device will take you to our show on that platform.

Can I switch from the monthly payment to the yearly payment?
Yes! Click on 'Change Plan' on your subscriptions in your account. You'll be switched to the new plan immediately and charged a prorated amount.

How do I update my credit card or payment details?
That can be done from your account. Update your card details and click on 'Update My Credit Card'.

How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by going to your subscriptions on your account page.

How can I update my email address or other personal information?
You can log in to your account and make those changes there.

Can I buy a subscription as a gift for someone else?
Yes! You can gift a monthly subscription and you can gift a yearly subscription to someone else. You will be prompted to enter the recipient’s name and email address, the delivery date, a personalised message, and your payment information. The gift recipient will receive an email with a link to activate their gift.

The gift recipient will be responsible for adding a payment method before the next renewal period if they’d like to continue with the subscription.
